Saturday, June 22nd, 10-5
This necklace features three large caged pearls which hang from a central component. Two of the caged pearls are the same color and the third caged pearl is a different complementary color. Each caged pearl hangs from varying lengths off a beaded rope. The hanging caged pearls and the beaded necklace strap attaches to an embellished beadwork platform. Double beadwork buttons are used for the clasp with loop closures.
Skill Level – Intermediate - This project uses circular peyote stitch and odd count peyote stitch. The necklace straps are made using a modified Chenille stitch (technique will be taught in class). Working knowledge of off-loom beadwork and peyote stitch will be very helpful for this project.
Kit: $120 - 4 color ways
Class will be held at A Yarn Less Raveled - 730 Camino Ramon Place, Unit 186, Danville, CA
